This Privacy Policy discloses the general privacy practices for the JAK Publications, Inc. web site, including ZWeddings.com.
JAK Publications, Inc.is committed to respecting your privacy rights when visiting any JAK Publications, Inc. web site, such as this one. To protect your Personal Information, JAK Publications, Inc. has created the guidelines outlined below. Understanding that Internet technologies are rapidly evolving, any changes to this policy will be promptly posted on this page, with an updated "effective date" posted at the end of this policy.
Information Collected:
While visiting any of the JAK Publications, Inc. web sites (collectively, the "Site"), we may ask you to register and/or provide information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information") for purposes of interacting with the Site. Such Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, street address, and e-mail address.
JAK Publications, Inc. and its partners also collect information related to your wedding, including dates and places of the rehearsal, wedding and reception. JAK Publications, Inc. also uses forms for you to request certain information and services. On such forms, we collect your contact information and demographic information.

Specials - In signing up to enter our monthly contests and updates, you will automatically be entered to win our monthly prize(s). Below is the information we collect and the use of this information:
Email Address - We collect your email address in order to send you contest information and updates. ZWeddings may provide your email address to vendors who advertise with ZWeddings.
Wedding Date - We collect your wedding date, so that we know when to stop sending you our updates.
Location of Wedding - We ask for the location of your wedding, so that we have an understanding of where our visitors are planning their wedding. We use this information to make our site more helpful.
Name & Address - If you indicate that you'd like to receive information on specials from wedding-related vendors, we may give your mailing address for these vendors to "snail" mail you.
Information Collected:
While visiting any of the JAK Publications, Inc. web sites (collectively, the "Site"), we may ask you to register and/or provide information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information") for purposes of interacting with the Site. Such Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, street address, and e-mail address.
Use of Personal Information
We believe in protecting your privacy, and will not share Personal Information with third parties outside of JAK Publications, Inc. except as described in this Privacy Policy. We believe we can enhance your experience on our Site with the information you share with us. We use Personal Information about you to improve our advertising and marketing efforts, to statistically analyze Site usage, to improve our content and product offerings and to personalize the Site's content, layout, and services. We may also use your Personal Information, such as your e-mail address or mailing address, to contact you regarding products and/or services that may be of interest to you, to respond to an inquiry from you regarding the information that we have collected, or respond to your comments and suggestions.

We reserve the right to disclose Personal Information when needed to comply with the law or a legal process, cooperate with investigations of purported unlawful activities, to identify persons violating the law.

Children's Privacy
JAK Publications, Inc. cares about the safety of children and their use of the Internet. Therefore, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. In the event that we receive actual knowledge that we have collected such personal information without the requisite and verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as is practicable.
