Price Range/ Deposits/Availability:
The prices, deposits and availability vary depending on the event and number of guests attending. We offer discount accommodations with the Modern Hotel, Boise's first Boutique Hotel located adjacent to the site. Advance deposit is required and payment in full is due 7 days prior to the event. *Tables/Chairs: Call for availability
*Linens/China/Glassware: These can be arranged through your caterer or a rental company.
*Alcohol/Bar Facilities: Please contact us to discuss your bar options.
*Dance Floor: The modern concrete floors provide a great dance area with endless size options.
*Decorations: Renters are allowed 2 hours for set-up the day of event.
*Clean-up: Your caterer is to provide basic cleanup and deep cleaning is
done
by our janitorial staff.
*Parking: Generous onsite parking available.
