Types of Events:
The Penthouse view of our capital city makes a perfect backdrop for any occasion: weddings & receptions, corporate gatherings, graduation & birthday parties, family or class reunions, holiday parties, or any special events.

Reception/Event Capacity:
The Penthouse consists of an inside room (1998 sq. ft.) , opening onto our Penthouse Terrace (1919 sq. ft.). Maximum occupancy of total space: 200 guests.

Price Range, Terms, Deposits & Availability:
Contracting with preferred caterer: $1050 Weekdays • $1250 Saturday • $1150 Sunday. Contracting with a pre-approved outside caterer: An additional $150 will apply. To reserve a date: We require the completed contract, 50% rental deposit (cash/check/PayPal) and a $300.00 cleaning deposit (check). Availability posted on website calendar.

Services & Amenities:
• Catering: Guests may contract with a C.W. Moore Plaza preferred caterer or a pre-approved outside caterer
(per contract).

• Bar Service: This service is available only through an approved licensed bar service provider.

• Furniture: The Penthouse is furnished with tables, chairs, wooden benches, 6 - room screens & ivory skirting embellishing the deli & counter area.

• Dance Floor: The inside room floor is great for dancing.A rental dance floor may be set up on the patio blocks.

• Decorations: You may contract with a decoratoror provide your own décor. Christmas décor is provided.

• Parking: Parking Permits are provided for our guests. Ample parking is available. Handicapped parking is provided.

• Hostess: Your event hostess will be on site during pre-event & initial event hours, operating The Penthouse elevator for guests.

• Security Guard: A Security Guard will be in the lobby during each event. • Setup: Renters have 2 hours for set-up on event day.

• Cleanup: Renters shall remove all items at the end of the event. Our janitorial staff will provide pre & post cleaning (cleaning deposit required).

Restrictions:
• Music: Allowed, with restrictions. CD player sound system available indoors.

• Alcohol: Allowed only through an approved licensed bar service provider

• Wheelchair Access: C.W. Moore Plaza is fully accessible.

• Insurance: Provided by C.W. Moore Plaza & your catering company.

• Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the outside Penthouse Terrace only.
