River Rock Ranch

Two acres behind our Colonial Style home are landscaped with a large pond, waterfall, antique replica lighting, English box hedges, a rose
garden, a wisteria arbor, lots of trees and grass and flower beds that bloom in various colors throughout the spring, summer and early fall. We provide a setting with distinction and a touch of class for your memorable
occasion.

Type of Events:
We host many events including weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays, family photos, corporate picnics,
special events and more...

Pricing, Terms & Event Capacity:
Up to 450 guests. Charges vary depending on when the event is scheduled, times desired and number of people
in attendance. Weddings and Receptions are available for 12 hours use. A signed contract is required for
all events. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required at the signing of the contract. Balance of final payment
to be made two weeks before the event. All events conclude at 10:00 p.m.

Services and Amenities:
River Rock Ranch will provide the setting. The service of a coordinator for the day is available. We have tables
and chairs for rent if needed or we can refer a rental company. Guests are to make their own arrangements
for catering, servers, linens, entertainment, set-up and clean-up. We have a Bunk House for the wedding party
to relax and dress for the occasion. The landscaped grounds are such that very little decorating is needed. No
rice, birdseed or confetti of any kind may be thrown or used to decorate. Flower petals, bubbles or butterflies
may be purchased for the purpose of tossing.
