Greg Marsh Designer Cakes
Our golden rule for a delicious cake is to always use the freshest and highest quality scratch ingredients available. Each cake tier has four layers of cake and three layers of filling. Our buttercream is a perfect balance of Italian meringue and sweet cream butter creating a wonderful light icing.
ABOUT THE BAKER...
Greg Marsh is a pastry chef certified by the American Culinary Federation. His cake decorating training includes classes at the Culinary Institute of America. He has been designing and decorating cakes for nine years and has done everything from simple elegance to topsy-turvy madhatter style. Greg has worked as a pastry chef for fine dining restaurants and the popular Richards Bakery. He has also taught decorating and cooking classes
at several retail kitchen stores. Greg's business has been featured in the Idaho Statesman and Eagle Magazine and his cakes and recipes have been shown in the Boise Journal, Art Idaho, and Idaho Homes and Gardens.
PRICING...
Each cake is individually designed so prices vary depending on the number of guests and the design of the cake. Prices begin at $2.75 a serving with additional charges for complex designs, fondant, gum paste and
royal icing.
DELIVERY...
Delivery and setup is FREE in Boise and Eagle city limits. We will deliver our cakes to destinations throughout southern Idaho (including Sun Valley and McCall) for an additional fee.
PAYMENT TERMS...
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at confirmation of your order, and final payment is due two weeks prior to the delivery date. A separate $50 deposit is required on cake equipment and refunded when the equipment is returned.
