Wedding ceremonies, receptions, anniversaries, class or family reunions, private dinner parties, company meetings, retreats, picnics, holiday parties or any special occasion.

Reception/Event Capacity: 10 - 1,000+
Ceremony Capacity: 10 - 1,000+

Price Range:
$300 - $1,400 depending on hours needed.

Terms/Deposits/Availability:
50% deposit required. Remainder of Site Lease Fee and Damage Deposit due 30 days before private event.

Services and Amenities:
• Catering: Self-catering or choose your favorite caterers.
• Tables & Chairs: Available to rent on-site or use rental company.
• Decorations: Allowed. Some restrictions apply.
• Clean-up: Client is responsible for cleanup.
• Parking: Ample free parking.
• Rehearsal Time: Included in overall cost.

Restrictions:
• Music: Allowed
• Insurance: Required
• Alcohol: Beer, wine and champagne allowed. Hard liquor allowed upon special request.
• Smoking: Allowed only in the parking areas.
• Wheelchair Access: Yes
• Other: No rice, birdseed or confetti. Prefer rose petals or bubbles.

Special Services:
Bride's room and Groom's dressing area included and staff person on-site during rehearsal and day of use.
