The Penthouse view of our capital city makes a perfect backdrop for any occasion.

Reception/Event Capacity: The Penthouse consists of an inside room (1998 sq. ft.), opening onto our Penthouse Terrace (1919 sq. ft.) . Maximum occupancy of total space: 200 guests.

Rental Fee, Term Deposits & Availability: Rental fees contracting with experienced caterer: $1400 Saturday - $1300 Sunday - $1200 Weekdays. A $150 fee will apply if contracting with an outside caterer. Reservation Requirements: Completed contract and 50% rental deposit will lock your date. (Accepting checks, credit/debit cards) Available dates are posted on our website calendar.

Services & Amenities: Catering: Guests may contract with a C.W. Moore Plaza experienced caterer or a pre-approved outside caterer. - Bar Service: Available only through an approved licensed provider. - Furniture: The Penthouse is furnished with tables, chairs, wooden benches, 6 room screens and ivory skirting embellishing the deli and counter area. - Dance Floor: The inside room floor is great for dancing. A rental dance floor may be set up on the patio pavers. - Decorations: You may contract with a decorator or provide your own decor. - Parking: Parking Permits are provided for our guests. Ample parking is available. Handicapped parking is available. - Hostess: Your event hostess will be on site during pre-event and initial event hours. - Security Guard: A Security Guard will be in the lobby during each event. - Setup: Renters have 2 hours for set-up on event day. Cleanup: Renters shall remove all items at the end of the event. Our janitorial staff will provide pre & post cleaning.

Music: Allowed, with restrictions. CD player with iPod
dock system available indoors.
Alcohol: An approved licensed bar caterer is required.
Wheelchair Access: C.W. Moore Plaza is fully accessible.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed at C.W. Moore Plaza.
