Who Pays for What

Who Pays For What?

SET A BUDGET

Emotions and weddings seem to go together, so it is especially important that you set a budget at the very beginning and then make every attempt to stay within its boundaries. Be realistic as to what you both can afford. The traditional division of costs has blurred. It is more common for families to share the expense as each can afford, or the bride and groom pay for the wedding themselves. The reason for the latter being that people are waiting longer to marry and are financially more able to absorb the costs. Decide early on what will be possible for you.
